    We are looking for a driven, independent thinker, with excellent communication skills to join our Technology team in Sofia, Bulgaria. You will be working with our international team across Europe, where your knowledge and advice about MDM will be highly appreciated.

    This position may be required to assist with on call work based on the business needs.

    Your daily routine would include:

    • Be responsible for the design, implementation, migration, operation, and support of Mobile Device/App Management and Cloud solutions for iOS, Android and Windows 10 (for internal and external customers);
    • Solving incidents and problems with customer interaction;
    • 3rd level responsibility of services and communication/negotiation with manufacturers and suppliers;
    • Be responsible for the transfer of operations and takeover of services, including the independent planning and execution of maintenance windows as well as continuous improvement/optimization of the stability and efficiency of services through automation;
    • Be responsible for the creation and maintenance of service documentation, development and provision of KPIs/reports as well as responsibility for incident, problem, and change management.

    We’ll know you can make, it if you have:

    • Minimum 3 years of professional experience as a Mobile Device Management (MDM)/Mobile Device administrator;
    • Strong knowledge in the technical areas of Windows 10, Office 365, MS System Center and Azure (preferably corresponding Microsoft certifications), MS Cloud (Azure, Mobile Device/App Management, Intune) and scripting knowledge;
    • Basic knowledge of core IT-services (AD, DNS, DHCP, Clustering, Network, …);
    • Experience in the conception, development, and implementation of Enterprise Mobile Device/App Management and Cloud solutions;
    • Ability to work with limited supervision and prioritize workflow as needed while maintaining communications with other support personnel and supervisor;
    • Ability to work on multiple priorities effectively;
    • Certifications for Android and Apple (iOS and MacOS) will be considered as advantage;
    • Very good written and spoken English.
