Georgi Lakovski is looking for a new team member.

Your daily routine would include:

• Design, validate, and document advanced IP architectures for global customers and internal service provider platforms;
• Take the lead or support international design projects, turning concepts into robust, scalable network solutions;
• Provide expert-level technical direction during deployment, ensuring flawless implementation by engineering and field teams;
• Conduct deep-dive troubleshooting and root cause analysis across complex IP/MPLS environments;
• Shape network evolution strategies, including upgrades, lifecycle planning, and migration roadmaps;
• Collaborate seamlessly with engineering, operations, field teams, and international customers;
• Deliver high-quality design materials such as HLDs, LLDs, and detailed migration plans;
• Actively participate in FRI/RFP documentation preparation and result estimation.

We’ll know you can make it if you have:

• 2+ year of hands-on experience in designing or supporting IP/MPLS service provider networks;
• Strong practical knowledge of Cisco, Nokia, and/or Juniper routing platforms;
• Certifications or equivalent knowledge: CCNA/CCNP, Nokia NRS, or similar service provider tracks;
• Solid understanding and hands-on experience with ( OSPF, IS-IS, BGP; MPLS, MPLS-TE, L3VPN, VPLS/EoMPLS, EVPN, VxLAN; Segment Routing (SR/SRv6); Residential BNG architectures);
• Excellent English communication skills.

Nice to Have:

• Understanding of service provider domains and customer-facing network services;
• Scripting/automation know-how (Python, Ansible, Bash, Perl);
• Experience with design and visualization tools (Visio, Dia);
• German language proficiency (B1+).
