We need a DevOps Engineer for our OSS team.

If you are curious about keeping production systems up and running and solving complex IT and Mobile Network problems, we are the place to be!

Your daily routine would include:

• Working with internal customers to identify and define requirements for new solutions;
• Improving application functionality to meet business needs;
• Installing and upgrading system software/applications;
• Automation with Shell scripting or Python;
• Configuration and administration of Operational Support Systems (OSS) platforms;
• Supporting OSS production systems and platforms;
• Troubleshooting 3rd-level technical support of vendors;
• Automation and orchestration of operational tasks;
• On-call duty.

We’ll know you can make it if you have:

• 2+ years DevOps Engineering experience;
• Experience in ITIL/ITSM (CR, Incidents, SLA) environment;
• Understanding of computer networking systems and technologies;
• Ability to use a wide variety of open source technologies and tools;
• Experience in Windows and/or Linux corporate environment;
• Ability to write SQL queries, procedures and functions;
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills;
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills;
• Excellent written and spoken English skills. German language is a plus.
• Telecommunications background or knowledge in transport, radio, core networks is a plus.
