For our team we are looking for: CMDB Expert

We need your skills and experience to help our team of masterminds perform even better while supporting our internal and external customers and creating innovative IT solutions.

Your daily routine would include:

• Integration of external systems with ServiceNow platform;
• Develop and maintain detailed technical and process documentation;
• Establishing and maintaining the CMDB; managing data with import sets, updates sets and transform maps;
• Data Management, Quality Assurance and Health Check;
• Process analysis and automation;
• Configure and maintain discovery processes.

We’ll know you can make it if you have:

• Experienced in design and implementation of ServiceNow ITOM – Discovery, CMDB;
• Excellent communication and client-relationship skills;
• Good knowledge in network technology (Router, Switches, Access Points..,);
• Good knowledge in IP V4 and IP V6;
• Good experience in Java;
• Good Windows and LINUX Knowhow;
• Good Experience in SQL;
• Fluent in English.

Nice to have:

• SERVICENOW ITOM (Discovery, CMDB (CSDM));
• Administration and Configuration;
• CSM, Service Portal;
• Experienced in implementation and customization of ITSM processes;
• Experience in Health Check, Root Cause Analysis and error prevention.
