    If you are curious about keeping production systems up and running and solving complex IT and Mobile Network problems, we are the place to be!

    Some of the challenges you will be working on:

    • Investigate and troubleshoot complex technical problems;
    • Provide root cause analysis and high-quality technical support;
    • Liaise closely with internal teams to reproduce and resolve issues;
    • Identify areas for improvement and propose solutions to improve products and Services;
    • Contribute to the development and maintenance of the knowledge base and Documentation.

    We’ll know you can make it if you have:

    • A prior exposure to private and/or public cloud and/or have certification/s (considered as a plus);
    • 3+ years of experience with Linux and CLI;
    • Significant experience using Operating Systems, Linux systems and virtualization systems;
    • Experience with the fundamentals of Network TCP/IP;
    • Experience with Problem Management and Problem-solving;
    • Familiar with KVM virtualization;
    • Familiar with GIT;
    • Good technical knowledge in building, deploying and maintaining cloud Services;
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
    • Excellent written and spoken English skills;
    • You are comfortable working in a distributed team.
