Role Overview:

As a Business Analyst, you’ll masterfully fuse innovation and precision to choreograph workflows, while also excelling in stakeholder communication. Your role extends to designing and developing cutting-edge digitization concepts, transforming routine tasks into captivating showcases of efficiency and technological advancement.

Role insights:

• In coordination with your internal customer, you analyze, design and develop digitization concepts with individual solution approaches for processes (customer needs) and you are responsible for quality and efficiency.
• Form the interface for the feasibility check between Discovery and Delivery, the technical and consumer areas and find the optimum from the company’s point of view.
• Actively bring in suggestions for improvement (process redesign; other automation technologies, etc.) and, in coordination with various stakeholders (A1, group), you give practical recommendations for action in the team and across teams.

We’ll know you can make it if you have:

• Fluency in spoken and written German and English is a must;
• In-depth experience in the field as a business analyst or solution designer and have knowledge of telecom products and the most common systems;
• Interested in digitization solutions and have in-depth experience;
• Good working knowledge of both languages is a must quickly recognize connections, put them in the right context and derive measures from them;
• You pay attention to details without losing the big picture;
• BPMN modelling skills – Business Process Model and Notation;
• Experience with Windows 10 & MS Office.
