​Role Overview:

This role is key to ensuring the scalability, security, and reliability of mission-critical systems. You will design and manage cloud resources using Infrastructure as Code (IaC), administer Linux environments and virtual machines, and collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners across the A1 Group to support high-availability billing operations.

Role insights:

• Maintain and optimize Billing Cloud Environment in Microsoft Azure
• Provision and manage Billing resources in the Azure Cloud
• Build and maintain Infrastructure as Code (IaC) solutions
• Administer Virtual Machines, including image management and patching
• Configure and operate backup and failover setups to ensure business continuity
• Manage users, groups, Service Principals, and Key Vaults to ensure secure access
• Address and resolve security issues across all relevant Billing subscriptions
• Act as the main point of contact for alignment between the Billing vendor and internal infrastructure teams (CDC
• Collaborate with IT Infrastructure, Billing units, and other stakeholders across the organization
• Support the ongoing Modernization Project for our Billing landscape

What Makes You Unique:

• University Degree in Informatics, Computer science, Marketing, Business administration or any equivalent qualification.
• At least 2 years hands on with Azure Core Services (AKS, Virtual Machines, Azure Monitor, Key Vault, etc.)
• Proven experience working and administering Linux environments
• Solid understanding of databases (SQL and noSQL) and backup solutions (Azure Backup, Commvault)
• Experience with scripting (Shell, Bash or Powershell)
• Practical knowledge of FinOps principles and cloud cost optimization
• Strong communication skills and a proactive, team-oriented approach
• Fluency in English
• Willingness to travel within the A1 Group footprint
