Who are we?

An innovative gaming company with offices in Varna and Sofia, Bulgaria. We are passionate about creating high-quality casino games and the services that power them. Our team consists of talented people with diverse skills, including game developers, front and backend web developers, QA engineers, and graphic designers. And we want to expand by adding new exciting people to our team!

We are looking for:

A motivated, communicative, and team-oriented Technical Writer to join us on our mission and produce high-quality documentation that contributes to the overall success of our products. He or she will be responsible for creating new documentation and keeping up-to-date existing one that clarifies how the business functionality of the software system works properly, regarding the company’s workflow and documentation. The position is suitable for candidates who have a deep interest and knowledge in the field of IT, as well as the ability to write clear and meaningful content on technical topics in English.

Job Requirements:

• At least 1 year of experience creating content for a technical audience (such as developer documentation, Computer Science course materials, and/or IT admin playbooks, or similar).
• Кnowledge or education in a technical field such as Computer science, Information Systems, or Information Technology.
• Fluent in English and Bulgarian /spoken and written/.
• Confident work with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace, tools for making diagrams, and design mockups such as draw.io, Figma, Adobe XD, and others related.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills with the ability to perform multiple tasks.

Bonus points for:

• Experience in a similar company or projects.
• Familiarity with the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and software development.
