JavaScript Game Developer

This job would give you the freedom to create while providing you with the unique chance to become an author of the next best-selling iGaming product. Responsibilities will include implementing visual elements and their behaviors with user interactions.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate on a daily basis with game designers, back-end developers and project managers to build and improve products.

• Write readable, mutable and reusable code.

• Ensure the correct execution of game mechanics.

• Asses the technical feasibility of additional features/future improvements.

• Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of relevant experience.

• Strong understanding of JavaScript, its quirks, and workarounds.

• Understanding of asynchronous request handling, partial page updates, and AJAX.

• Proficient understanding of cross-browser compatibility issues and ways to work around such issues.

• Good understanding of browser rendering behavior and performance.

• Proficient understanding of code versioning tools (SVN).

• Basic understanding of HTML5/CSS3.

• Experience with Photoshop.

• Familiarity with browser testing and debugging.

• Experience with responsive layouts (adaptive design).

• Experience in developing web applications in different browsers.

• Excellent analytical and multitasking skills.

• Creative and strong team player.
